老年抑郁症致病的多因素分析 被引量：3

摘要 目的 为了及时正确掌握老年抑郁症致病的危险因素,从而降低老年抑郁症的发病率。方法 根据临床资料、诊断标准,对1990～1999年解放军253医院124名抑郁症住院患者进行多因素分析。结果 社会心理因素及大脑组织发生退行性改变是发生老年抑郁症的危险因素。结论 老年人定期进行头颅CT检查及中枢神经递质和神经内分泌的检查是早期发现,早期诊治老年抑郁症的有效措施。
