摘要
目的观察自拟疏肝理气、健脾安神方剂治疗失眠症(肝郁脾虚型)的临床疗效。方法将72例失眠患者随机分为2组,治疗组36例给予自拟疏肝理气、健脾安神方剂治疗;对照组36例给予安神胶囊治疗,疗程8周,观察2组睡眠状况的改善情况。结果 2组患者临床疗效比较:治疗组治愈率为36.1%,对照组治愈率为22.2%,2组临床治愈率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),提示治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。2组患者PSQI积分比较:2组患者经治疗后,治疗组评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),提示治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。结论自拟疏肝理气,健脾安神方剂治疗肝郁脾虚型失眠能有效改善睡眠及临床症状。
Objective To observe the clinical effi cacy of Liver-coursing and qi-regulating and Spleen-fortifying tranquillization self-prescription on insomnia of liver depression and spleen vacuity syndrome. Methods 72 patients of insomnia were randomly divided into 2 groups named treatment group and control group, 36 patients in each group. 36 cases in the treatment group were treated with Liver-coursing and qi-regulating and Spleen-fortifying tranquillization self-prescription while 36 cases in the control group were treated with Anshen capsule. After 8 weeks of treatment, the improvement of sleep condition in the two groups was observed. Results As for the comparison of clinical effi cacy in two groups, the cure rate of the treatment group was 36.1%, while that of the control group was22.2%. The difference was statistically（P〈0.05）, suggesting that the curative effect of treatment group was better than that of control group. PSQI score comparison： The treatment group score was signifi cantly lower than the control group after treatment, the difference was statistically signifi cant（P〈0.05） and refl ected that the clinical effi cacy of treatment group was better than that of the control group obviously. Conclusion Liver-coursing and qi-regulating and Spleen-fortifying tranquillization self-prescription has signifi cant curative effect on sleep and clinical symptoms.
