摘要
心理素质是人在先天生理基础上个体与客观外界相互作用中产生、发展起来的比较稳定的心理特征和品质 ,它对全面培养优良的素质有着重要的作用。比较研究朝、汉族大学生心理素质 ,可以发现朝鲜族大学生的智力素质无明显的民族差异 ,但在个性心理素质发展上却明显低于汉族大学生 ,因此 ,对朝鲜族大学生加强心理素质教育尤为重要。
Psychological competence is the stable psychological characteristics and nature formed and developed through interaction of individuals and surroundings based on the congenital physical foundation. It plays important roles in fostering excellent competence. We could find there is no clear national difference of ethnic Korean college students' intelligence character through comparative research between psychological character of ethnic Korean and Chinese college students. But it is lower than Chinese university students on the development of individual psychological character .So it is much important on stressing psychological education to ethnic Korean college students.
