摘要
堵漏封窜剂DL 1为水硬性硅酸钙矿物粉 (KW 1)、膨胀剂和缓凝剂配成的水基浆液。 3组分的质量比为 95~ 96∶1.2~ 2 .0∶2 .0~ 2 .4。在室内考察了DL 1粉料与水的质量比 (粉水比 )为 1∶0 .6 5和 1∶1的两种浆液在 6 5℃ ,80℃或 75℃ (岩心实验温度 )下的应用性能 ,结果如下 :室温静置 0 .5~ 2h析水率 1% (粉水比 1∶0 .6 5 )和 5 % (1∶1) ;初凝时间 8~ 13h ,终凝时间 16~ 2 0h ;DL 1浆料固结体 3d和 7d抗压强度 4.2~ 4.7MPa ;DL 1固结充填砂岩心水相突破压力 3.4~ 3.5MPa ,水相渗透率 10 .6× 10 -3 和 12 .9× 10 -3 μm2 ;DL 1对岩心的堵塞率 >93%。堵漏封窜剂DL 1已在胜利油田滨南油区多口井上用于封堵套管漏失和管外窜槽 ,效果良好。
Sealing agent DL-1 for plugging casing leakages and outer interzonal channellings is an aqueous slurry prepared with a finely powdered hydratable/settable calcium silicates mineral, KW-1, an expansion agent and a setting retarder added. The 3 ingredients are in mass ratio 95-96∶1.2-2.0∶2.0-2.4. The performance properties of DL-1 slurry are investigated in laboratory for powder-to-water ratio (PWR) 1∶0.65 and 1∶1 at temperature 65℃, 85℃ or 75℃ (in core experiments). Following results are obtained: water separation 1% for PWR=1∶0.65 and 5% for PWR=1∶1 after standing at room temperature in 0.5-2 hrs; pregelation time 8-13 hrs; setting time 16-20 hrs; compression strength of set DL-1 material 4.2-4.7 MPa in 3 days and in 7 days; breackthrough pressure of DL-1 consolidated cores (sand packs) 3.4-3.5 MPa and their permeability for water phase 10.6×10 -3 and 12.9×10 -3 μm 2; core plugging rate for water phase >93%. This sealing slurry, DL-1, has used at Binnan district of Shengli in a lot of wells for repairing casing damages with success. A well case is presented.
