摘要
高强度管外封窜技术主要针对河南油田高压水井、稠油热采井管外窜的特点及对封窜工艺技术的要求,自主研发的高强度管外封窜剂及其配套工艺。高强度管外封窜剂具有强度高、抗拉伸性能好、与套管界面胶结强度高、封堵率高、体系粘度低、易泵注、施工安全简便等特点。河南油田先后开展了楼8201、楼3904、王EW40等80多井次的现场应用试验,工艺成功率100%,有效率100%,措施井阶段累计增油46158.3t,降水53156.1m3,该技术的成功应用,形成了适合河南油田高压水井、稠油热采井管外窜封堵的新技术。
According to the characters of channeling outside tube in high pressure water wells,thermal production wells and the requirements about the plugging technology in Henan oilfield,high intensity channeling sealing agent and relative technology is developed independently.It has the characters of high intensity,good biomechanical properties,high cementation strength with the surface of casing,high plugging rate,low viscosity,easy injection and making the construction safe and simple。The field testing were applied to more than 80wells in Henan oilfield with 100%technological successfulness and 100% effectiveness,such as L8201,L3904,EW40and so on,and the accumulated increased oil,decreased water are46158.3tand53156.1m3 respectively.Successful application of high intensity channeling sealing forms a new technology for plugging high pressure water injection wells and thermal production wells outside the tube in Henan oilfield.
