摘要
所报道的封堵剂用于封堵高渗透出水孔道、层间窜槽、套管漏失、射孔及底水 ,可用于 6 0~ 110℃的油水井 ,固化时间在 1~ 16h之间可调。该封堵剂为脲素、甲醛、固化组分A和B(二者反应生成路易斯酸 )及聚合物 (通常为HPAM ,增韧剂 )的水溶液。实验考察了固化组分A和B加量、聚合物加量及温度 (80℃ ,90℃ )对固化时间的影响 ,A和B加量对固化物抗压强度和岩心突破压力的影响。适当配方的固化物强韧 ,在抗压强度测定中发生变形 ,外力撤除后可恢复。该封堵剂在中原油田已应用 2 0多井次 ,效果良好。详细介绍了用该封堵剂封堵 1口油井的套管漏失 ,1口水井的管外窜槽和套管漏失的情况和效果。
The titled fluid is developed for plugging high-permeability water passages and interstratified channellings and bottom water, for sealing casing leackages and perforations in oil production and water injection wells of 60-110℃. The fluid is composed of urea, formaldehyde, curing components A and B (forming Lewis acid), and polymer (HPAM commonly, as toughening agent) in aqueous solution and gelates and hardens in 1-16 hrs controllably. The effects of use level of curing components A and B and polymer and of curing temperature (80℃,90℃) on hardening time and of use level of components A and B on compression strength of hardened mass and on breakthrough pressure in cores are investigated experimentally. The hardened mass of the fluid properly formulated is tough and strong and deforms when measuring its compression strength and recovers when applied force relieving. More than 20 water plugging operations with this fluid are performed successfully at Zhongyuan oil fields. The operations and their results of sealing casing leakages in a production well and of plugging interstratified channellings and sealing casing leakages in a water injection well are described in some detail.
