摘要
知识员工的激励因素包括自身需求和外部条件两个方面。企业如何将这两方面的激励因素有机整合,使其形成内外结合的混合型双重激励,这是知识经济时代人力资源管理的新课题。
Factors of inspiration in the knowledge-type staff are their self needs and external conditions.It is a new issase for modern management of human resources in knowledge-economy pattern to flexibly integrate the two kinds of inspiration for the rea1ization of a new type of inspiration.
