摘要
将人的信息能力从人的其他能力中分离出来,提出人的“信息机器”假定,讨论人类信息处理能力的缺陷。并以此为依据,对信息管理的目标、意义、方法等重新进行阐释。
Sets off from a hypothesis that each person is an 'information machine'and discusses the disabilities of the mankind in dealing with information. And based on this, redefines the goal, necessity of existence and methods of information management.
