摘要
知识经济的出现,促使了知识管理的产生,同时大量先进信息技术的推广与应用为知识管理提供了物质技术保障。本文综述了知识管理产生的背景、知识管理的概念、作用;介绍了知识库系统的结构和功能,以及国内外研究概况;讨论了在农业领域开展知识管理和建设知识库系统的必要性和重要性。
The appearance of the knowledge economy impelled the production of know ledge management, at the same time, the popularization and application of a larg e number of advanced information technologies offered the material guarantee for knowledge management. This article explained the background, concept and functi on of knowledge management;introduced the structure and function of knowledge ba se systems, and the overview study both at home and abroad;Discussed the necessi ty and importance of launching knowledge management and building knowledge base systems in the field of agriculture.
