This article casts new suspicions on the View of Procurability.The principal differences between Mr.LIANG Canxing and the author on the basic theory of library science are revealed,such as :the motive force of the development of library,the role of library in the process of knowledge communication,the opinion of behalf restriction and right-liability balance;the reason of public spirit of library.
