摘要
基于汽车底盘测功机系统中功率动态平衡的原理 ,提出底盘测功机惯性系统与汽车质量的匹配规律 ,设计了为SHENCK36 4D/L70 0型底盘测功机配套的惯性系统及其控制系统。在车辆最大质量 10t范围内 ,惯性系统能有效地实现惯性质量匹配。与加速踏板自动控制装置、多工况跟踪显示装置集成的控制系统可满足各工况条件汽车动力性能测试的要求 ,特别是能精确地模拟车辆加速、减速、爬坡、滑行等工况。本系统也可用于实现驾驶员驾驶行为适应性评判。
Based on the principle of dynamic power balance in the system of chassis dynamometer, it is derived the mass-matching model of dynamometer′s inertia system and vehicle mass. The inertia system attached to SCHENCK 364D/L700 chassis dynamometer is developed. Within the vehicle mass 10t, the inertia system can automatically match the inertia of flying wheel for the vehicle mass.By the controller of accelerator pedal and display screen of driver-aid which all are integrated in the control system,the inertia matching system can be used to test vehicle performance in various driving conditions, especially vehicle accelerating,decelerating, climbing-up, coasting-down. This system can also perform the estimation of adaptability for driver driving behavior.
