摘要
研制的摩托车液压盘式制动器总成综合试验台可以对制动器的活塞推力、手柄力、点灯行程和回位时间等参数进行测量及计算制动器总成工作效率,还可显示制动器的活塞推力、手柄力及点灯行程与时间的关系曲线。实践证明该系统操作简单,数据直观、准确,设备的稳定性、可靠性及重复性好。
The newly-developed comprehensive test bed for hydraulic disc brake assembly of motorcycle can be employed to measure the piston thrust ,braking handle force, stop lamp lighting stroke ,return time ,etc. Calculate the work efficiency of brake assembly and also display the respective relation curves between the piston thrust, braking handle force ,stop lamp lighting stroke ,and the time .Practice shows that the operation of the system is simple ,the visible data are accurate and the equipment is good in stability and repeatability.
