摘要
在高等职业技术教育中建构和培养人文精神是教育的“超越性本质”和社会发展对高职教育提出的内在要求。人文精神是高职教育健康发展的价值引导,是高职教育的内在灵魂和底蕴。建构人文精神的可能性依据,包含在高职教育领导者的教育理念,教师的人文意识与素质,以及体现对技术与职业人文关怀的课程设置之中。
Cultivating a humanistic spirit in higher vocational education is the educational 'super essence'and the intrinsic demand placed by the social development on higher vocational education. Humanistic spirit is the value orientation of the healthy development of higher vocational education and the inner soul of this branch of education. The gist of humanistic spirit is to find expression in the educational concepts of the leaders, the humanistic consciousness and qualities of the teachers and in the offered courses embodying humanistic care in this field.
