摘要
用谷氨酸和油醇合成焦谷氨酸油醇酯。在该化合物作用下替硝唑、咖啡因和醋酸可的松经皮渗透分别增大了4 1.8、9.1和 2 .9倍。
Oleyl pyroglutamate was synthesized from glutamic acid with oleyl alcohol. Enhancement ratio ( ER ) of the compound were 41.8, 9.1 and 2.9 fold for dermal penetration of tinidazole, caffeine and acetocortisone respectively.
