摘要
采用三波长分光光度法测定凝胶剂中双氯灭痛含量，能消除基质干扰，平均回收率为１００．８％，ＲＳＤ为０．４２％，操作简单，结果准确。
The content of diclofenac sodium in gel was determined by triple wavelength UV spectrophotometry, which can eliminate interference of background. The recovery was 100.8%, RSD 0.42%. This method was simple, convenient and accurete.
