综述了高分子聚合物在生物降解给药系统、前体药物、膜控制剂、骨架制剂、透皮贴剂和药树脂微囊等缓、控释给药系统中的应用。
The applications of high molecular polymer in sustained- and controlled-release drug delivery systems suchas biodegradable system, prodrugs, membrane-moderated preparation, matrix-preparation, transdermal system and drug-resinsare reviewed.
