摘要
为深入研究舒宁软膏药效提供依据 ,用卡波姆 - 940做凝胶基质制备舒宁软膏 ,建立了酸碱度 ,卫生学、含量测定等质量控制标准。制剂应用于肩周炎、类风湿性关节炎患者的治疗 ,设对照组 ,观察用药效果。结果 :p H值 6 .0～ 8.0 ,卫生学检查符合规定 ,含量测定平均回收率为 99.92 % ,RSD为 0 .5 0 % (n=5 )。病例观察 180例 ,其中肩周炎 10 0例 ,类风湿性关节炎 80例 ,总有效率 93.9% ,对照组 6 0例 ,总有效率 85 .0 % ,P<0 .0 5。
