摘要
研究了用混酸H7PW1 2 O42 /H3PO4作催化剂 ,乙醛酸和尿素反应合成尿囊素的最佳工艺条件 结果表明 ,当n(乙醛酸 ) :n(尿素 ) =1∶3.5 ,m(H7PW1 2 O42 ) :m(H3PO4) =1∶1 0 ,反应温度 75℃ ,反应时间 3h ,产率约为 70 5 % ,纯度为 97 5 % .
The optimum technological conditions were studied on the synthesis of allantoin by the reaction of glyoxalic acid and urea with mixed acid (H 7PW 12 O 42 /H 3PO 4) as catalyst.The results showed that the yield was about 70.5% and the purity was 97.5% when n(glyoxalic acid):n(urea)=1∶3.5,m(H 7PW 12 O 42 )∶m(H 3PO 4)=1∶10,the reaction temperature was 75 ℃ and the reaction time 3 h.
