The effect of phosphatidylinositol-3-kinase -protein kinase B signal pathway in colon cancer

摘要 磷脂酰肌醇3激酶-蛋白激酶B(P13K-Akt)信号通路异常激活已经被证实与多种肿瘤发生发展密切相关,并且P13K-Akt通路在结肠癌的发生发展中起重要作用,它参与调控结肠肿瘤细胞存活和增殖、抑制凋亡、促进细胞周期进程等,并且通过抑制该通路还可能在结肠癌治疗中有潜在作用。 The abnormal activation of phosphatidylinositol-3-kinase (PI3K)-protein kinase B (Akt) pathway has already been confirmed to be closely related to the origin and development of various tumors. PI3K- Akt pathway plays an important role in development of colon cancer, it carl regulate cell survival, proliferation, anti-apoptosis, cell cycle progression, etc. Furthermore, inhibition of this pathway may play a potential roll in oncotherapy.
