摘要
试验研究了玉米豆粕型日粮中添加酵母核酸对肉鸡生长性能和胴体组成的影响。 32 0羽 Avian公母混合雏按饲养试验要求分为 4组 ,对照组饲喂基础日粮 ,试验各组在基础日粮中分别添加 0 .0 5 %、0 .1%和 0 .2 %酵母核酸。饲养试验结束 (42日龄 )后进行屠宰试验 ,并测定胴体组成。结果表明 :添加不同水平的酵母核酸能显著提高了日增重 5 .92 %~ 7.36 % (P<0 .0 5 ) ,0 .0 5 %组的胰腺率和腺胃率与对照组相比分别提高了 2 1.16 % (P<0 .0 5 )、4 5 .75 % (P<0 .0 5 ) ,对于胴体组成。
The experiment was conducted to study the effects of yeast nucleic acid on growth performance and carcass composition of broiler chicks. Three hundred and twenty Avian commercial broiler chicks were randomly allotted to four groups by weight and sex, which received corn soybean diet supplemented with 0 (control group), 0.05%, 0.1%, 0.2% (w/w) yeast nucleic acid respectively. At the end of feeding experiment, sixteen chicks in each group were selected based on similar live weight and slaughtered to determine carcass composition. The results indicated that yeast nucleic acid improved average daily gain by 5.92% 7.36% ( P <0.05). In contrast to control, 0.05% yeast nucleic acid treated group increased percentage of dissected pancreas and glandular stomach by 21.16% and 45.75% ( P <0.05) respectively. No significant effects of yeast nucleic acid on carcass composition and weights of other organs were found.
