外源核苷酸对异育银鲫幼鱼生长性能和体成分的影响 被引量:5

摘要 以异育银鲫幼鱼为试验对象,研究不同水平外源核苷酸对其生长性能的影响。结果表明,基础饲料中添加0.05%外源核苷酸能显著提高异育银鲫幼鱼的增重率和特定生长率(P<0.05),降低饵料系数(P<0.05);同时3个试验组的鱼体粗脂肪含量和肝胰脏指数显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。 A growth trial was undertaken to evaluate the effects of the dietary nucleotide levels on growth performance and body components of juvenile allogynogenetic crucian carp. The results showed that the percent weight gain and specific growth rate were significantly increased by the diet of 0.05% nucleotide levels ( P 〈 0.05 ) , and the feed coefficient was significantly decreased ( P 〈 0.05). At the same time, the crude lipid and hepatopancreas indexes in three test groups were significantly lower than those in the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ).
