介绍了利用先进数控设备加工飞刀并展成蜗轮的方法 ,阐述了该方法的优点、飞刀的齿形计算和数控滚齿机展成蜗轮的操作流程。
The method of how to utilize the advanced CNC machines to machining a hob with single cutting tooth and to generate worm gear and the advantages of this method are introduced, the calculation of the tooth form and the operating process of generating worm gear by CNC hobbing machine are explained.
