摘要
在给出ψ与ψ_K正确关系式的基础上,推导ZC_1蜗轮滚刀理论刃形曲线方程。综合分析滚刀的铲磨原理和特点,运用数值分析、逐步回归及优化等理论,提出铲磨ZC_1蜗轮滚刀所用的砂轮轴向廓形的计算方法,编制微机通用软件,为制造高精度的ZC_1蜗轮滚刀提供理论依据。
In this paper, based on the correct relationship between ψ and ψ_K, the equation of theoretical curve of tooth form of ZC_1 wheel hob has been given. Through analysing the principles and characterisics of relieving grinding of hob, an accurate calcultion method of axial profile of grinding wheel for relieving ZC_1 wheel hob has been presented using numerical analysis, progressive progression and optimization etc, and a software on microcomputer with multiple functions has been worked out as well. These provide reliable theoretical bases for the manufacture of ZC_1 wheel hob with high precision.
