摘要
介绍了利用先进数控设备加工飞刀并展成蜗轮的方法,阐述了该方法的优点、飞刀的齿形计算和数控滚齿机展成蜗轮的操作流程。为利用高新设备改进旧的工艺方法提供了借鉴。
A method of applying advanced NC equipment to machine fly_cuter whic h can be used for forming worm gear is introduced. The advantages of the method, the calculation of fly_cutter tooth profile and the operating program of NC hob bing machine for forming worm gear are presented. It can be regarded as the refe rence for improving the old process with high and new technology equipment.
