摘要
目的 观察眼血散对实验性玻璃体积血的治疗作用及机理。方法 用兔自体血造成玻璃体积血模型 ,设空白对照组、模型组、尿激酶治疗组及眼血散治疗组 ,7周后观察各组玻璃体Fe2 +浓度、蛋白浓度、超氧化物歧化酶 (superoxidedismutase ,SOD)活性及Ⅲ型前胶原 (PCⅢ )、Ⅳ型胶原 (ⅣC)浓度。结果 眼血散治疗组蛋白浓度及PCⅢ、ⅣC含量明显低于尿激酶治疗组和未治疗组 ;SOD活性显著高于其他各组 ;Fe2 +浓度亦明显降低 ,与尿激酶治疗组比较差异无显著性。结论 眼血散可以促进玻璃体积血吸收 ,这与清除铁离子、降低蛋白浓度、提高SOD活性的作用有关。可能是通过降低Ⅲ型前胶原和Ⅳ型胶原 。
OBJECTIVE To observe effect and mechanism of yanxuesan (眼血散)in treatment of experimental vitreous hemorrhage. METHODS The models of vitreous hemorrhage were induced with autoblood in rabbit eyes. They were divided into normal group, untreated group, treated group with urokinase, and treated group with yanxuesan. At 7 weeks,the concentration Fe 2+ and protein, activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and the concentrations of procollagen Ⅲ (PCⅢ) and Ⅳ collagen (ⅣC) were determined in the vitreous of rabbit. RESULTS The concentrations of protein, pcⅢ and ⅣC were obviously lower in the treated group with yanxuesan than in treated group with urokinase and untreated group. The activity of SOD was higher than other groups. The concentration of Fe 2+ was slower than in the untreated group, but there was not significant difference between the urokinase group and the yanxuesan group. CONCLLSION Yanxuesan could be effect on advance of absorption for vitreous hemorrhage and it could be relative with elimination of Fe 2+ , decrease of protein concentration, and improvement of activity of SOD. The mechanism of effect may be that the occurrence and development of proliferative pathology were inhibited by decrease of concentration of PCⅢ and ⅣC.
