摘要
目的 :定量测定孔源性视网膜脱离 (RRD)患者视网膜下液 (SRF)中转化生长因子 β1 (TGF-β1 )的含量 ,探讨 TGF-β1 在 RRD中的临床意义。方法 :采集 3 0例行 RRD复位术患者的SRF,用 TGF-β1 试剂盒进行检测。结果 :3 0例 RRD患者 SRF中均含有 TGF-β1 ,其含量随着网脱范围、网膜裂孔的增大而增加。结论 :TGF-β1 参与 RRD的病理过程 ,可能是影响网脱发展和转归的重要细胞因子之一。
Objective: To detect the concentration of TGF β 1 in the subretinal fluid (SRF)of patients with rhegmatogenous retinal detachment (RRD) and to analyze its clinical significance. Methods: Samples of SRF were collected from 30 eyes of 30 patients with RRD without subretinal bleeding.Quantitative study was performed by ELISA procedure with the predicta TGF β 1 Kit manufactured by Genzyme Corporation . Results: TGF β 1 existed in all 30 cases of SRF.The concentration of the TGF β 1 in the SRF was positively correlated with the duration,the range of RRD and the size of the tear. Conclusions: TGF β 1,as a cytokine, is definitely involved in pathogenesis of RRD.
