摘要
目的 探讨生长因子舆增殖性玻璃體視網膜病變(PVR)形成和發展的關系。方法 封43例孔源性視網膜脱離伴PVR患者視網膜下液采用放射免疫方法测其中EGF、FGF、TNF的含量。结果 PVR患者視網膜下液中TNF、EGF、FGF、均可测到其濃度,并且C组高于B组,B组高于A组,差异有顯著性(P<0.05)。視網膜下液中TNF舆FGF,TNF舆EGF及EGF舆FGF呈正相關(P<0.05)。结论 生长因子在PVR形成、發展过程起重要作用,視網膜下液中EGF舆TNF、FGF舆EGF舆FGF有協同作用。
Objective To investigate the relationship between formation of proliferative vitreoretinopathy (PVR) and the levels of growth factors insubretinal fluid (SRF). Methods Subretinal fluid samples of 43 patients with rhegmatogeneous retinal detachment and proliferative vitreoretinopathy were collected and their levels of epithelial growth factor (EGF), fibroblast growth factor (FGF) were and tumor necrosis factor (TNF) were measured by radioimmunoassay. Results The levels of TNF, FGF and EGF in subretinal fluid increased significandy with the increase of severity of disease (P< 0.05) .There was positive correlation between EGF and TNF, FGFand TNF, EGF and FGF in SRF(P<0.05) . Conclusion Growth factor may play an important role in the development and formation of proliferative. vitreoretinopathy. There is cooperative relation between EGF and TNF,FGF and TNF,EGF and FGF.
