摘要
采用旋转粘度仪和动态 DSC技术分析研究了端氨基亚胺齐聚物改性 BMI树脂的固化反应过程和粘度特性。其结果表明 ,树脂在 130℃~ 195℃之间存在一个宽广的低粘度平台区 ;固化反应过程中的吸热和放热的共同作用使得固化反应仅有一个平缓的放热峰 ,固化反应为 1.0 2级反应 ,反应活化能为10 7k J/ mol。
Bismaleimide (BMI) is one of advanced matrix resin for aerospace and an industry polymer composite. One major disadvantage is that it is inherently brittle. Fracture toughness must be improved without sacrificing other important properties. Engineering thermoplastics is to be used as toughness modifier for BMI network is activity region in recently year and many good results were obtained. However, there is some disadvantages of engineering thermoplastics is to be used as toughness modifier for BMI network. Such as, Engineering thermoplastics can′t incorporation with BMI and prepolymer has high viscosity. To overcome these disadvantages, a new kind of modified BMI resin was made and good properties of cured modified BMI resin were got. Viscosity characteristics and curing behaviors and kinetic analysis of modified BMI resin were examined. Viscosity Characteristics was measured by Brookfield digital viscometer model DV I. There is a lower viscosity region from 130 ℃~195 ℃. It shows that modified BMI resin has good processing. Curing behaviors and kinetic analysis of modified BMI resin were examined by means of DSC. Apparent activation engage of modified BMI resin is 107 kJ/mol. Gelling temperature, curing temperature and treating temperature are calculated by extrapolating T~β . Curing is 190 ℃/2 h+200 ℃/2 h+230 ℃/2 h and postcureing is 250 ℃/h.
