摘要
用4,4’-二羟基二苯砜与E-51反应制备的树脂配制了可直接用于氟橡胶与金属粘接的新型环氧树脂胶粘剂,系统研究了胶粘剂的粘接性能及耐久性。结果表明:用于胺类硫化的氟橡胶与金属粘接时的平均拉剪强度大于6MPa,所制备试样在自然环境中放置一年后测试,其拉剪强度仍不低于6MPa。通过差示扫描量热法(DSC)和热失重(TGA)分析表明该胶不仅耐热性好,同时也具有很高的热稳定性。此外,所研制胶粘剂用于双酚AF硫化的氟橡胶与金属粘接时的平均拉剪强度大于4.5MPa,其对硅橡胶也有一定的粘接效果,已试用于汽车同步环中氟橡胶与金属的粘接。
We adopted a newly epoxy resin prepared by 4,4'-dihydroxydiphenyl sulfone and epoxy E-51,developed a newly epoxy adhesive for bonding fluorine rubber to metal,studied adhesion properties and endurance of the adhesive systematically.The result shows that the adhesive's average strength property in shear by tension loading exceeds 6MPa in bonding metal to fluorine rubber vulcanized by amine compound,adhesion performance decreases a little,can also reach 6MPa after the samples placed in natural environment for a year.Analyzed by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) and thermal gravimetric analysis(TGA),it shows that the cured adhesive has good heat-resistance and heat stability.The adhesive's average strength property in shear by tension loading exceeds 4.5 MPa in bonding metal to fluorine rubber vulcanized by bisphenol AF,it can also be applied to bond silicone rubber,has already tried out bonding fluorine rubber to metal in the automobile synchrocyclotron.
