摘要
本文以苯酚、硫酸为原料合成了2,4′ 二羟基二苯砜(2,4′ BPS)。筛选得到了用均三甲苯为溶剂和用亚磷酸为催化剂,并通过合成及精制试验得到了适宜的制备2,4′ BPS的制备条件,2,4′ BPS的总收率达18 4%,纯度大于95%。
2,4′-Dihydroxydiphenylsulfone(2,4′-BPS) was prepared from phenol and H_2SO_4.Mesitylene and phosphorous acid were the better solvent and catalyst,respectively.The other optimum technologies for synthesis and purification of 2,4′-BPS were also obtained.The total yield of 2,4′-BPS was 18.8%(based on H_2SO_4 used) with a purity beyond 95%.
