双马来酰亚胺的增韧改性研究进展

摘要 综述了双马来酰亚胺树脂增韧改性的几种主要方法,包括橡胶法、热固性树脂法、热塑性树脂法、烯丙基化合物法、有机硅化合物法、纳米粒子法,对其研究方法和增韧机理进行了评述,并对目前双马来酰亚胺树脂的研究现状及发展趋势进行了探讨。 This paper reviews the main methods of toughening modification of bismaleimide resins, including the introduction of rubbers, thermoplastic resins, allyl compounds, organic silicon compounds, and nanoparticles. The toughening modification mechanism was discussed. The studying status and development trend of modification of bismaleimide resins were probed.
