摘要
首次采用三元稀土催化剂 [Nd(P2 0 4) 3 - A1(i- Bu) 3 - Br CH2 CH2 Br]以顺序聚合法合成异戊二烯 -丙烯腈嵌段共聚物。研究了共聚合反应特征。用红外光谱和差示扫描量热分析等表征嵌段共聚物 ,它有两个玻璃化转变温度 (Tg:- 75 .6℃ ,96 .5℃ ) ,有优良的耐溶剂性和较好的力学性能。含 2 8.2 %丙烯腈的嵌段共聚物 (生胶 )的断裂强度为 0 .5 3MPa,屈服强度为 0 .5 0 MPa,断裂伸长率为 2 6 1% ,弹性模量为 1.86MPa。
Block copolymer of isoprene and acrylonitrile was synthesized by rare earth coordination catalyst [Nd(P 204 ) 3 Al(i Bu) 3 BrCH 2CH 2Br] for the first time. The features of copolymerization were studied in detail. The copolymers were characterized by IR, DSC and so on. It showed two transition glass temperature ( T g: -75.6 ℃, 96.5 ℃), excellent solvent resistance and good mechanical properties. Breaking strength, yield strength, elongation and elastic modulus of copolymer (AN content: 28.20% ) is 0.53 MPa, 0.50 MPa, 261% and 1.86 MPa, respectively.
