摘要
采用自主研发的新癸酸稀土-倍半铝-氢化二异丁基铝催化剂体系的三元稀土催化剂及相应的生产工艺包,成功地实现了年产1.5万吨的异戊橡胶工业生产。稀土异戊橡胶产品满足各项技术指标要求,取得了稀土异戊橡胶生产技术的重大突破。稀土异戊橡胶产品与几种典型进口异戊橡胶的性能基本一致,可以替代进口异戊橡胶。
Using self- developed new decanoate rare earth - half times aluminum - hydride diisobutyl aluminum catalyst system＇ s ternary rare earth catalyst and corresponding production technology package, an annual output of 15,000 tons isoprene rubber in industrial produc- tion were successfully achieved. Rare earth isoprene rubber products met various technical indicator requirements and made a production technology breakdown. Its products and some typical imported isoprene rubber were basically the same in performance, which can replace the imported isoprene rubber.
