摘要
在100mL不锈钢釜中,以Ln(naph)_3-Al(i-Bu)_2H-Al(i-Bu)_2Cl(简称Ln-Al-Cl)为催化剂进行了丁二烯(Bd)的本体聚合。研究了催化剂各组分的加料顺序、用量,陈化条件,聚合温度等因素对催化剂活性和聚合物微观结构及性能的影响。结果表明,在70~50℃下,当Ln/Bd=(0.1~0.6)×10^(-4)(摩尔比),Al/Ln=20~60(摩尔比),CL/Ln=1.3~3.0(摩尔比)时,可任意调节转化率及聚合物的平均分子量(?),其顺式-1,4结构含量为97%~99%,凝胶含量<2.0%,(?)_w/(?)_n为6~8。
The bulk polymerization of butadiene was studied in a 100 mL stainless steel vessel with Ln(naph)3-Al(i- Bu)2H - Al(i-Bu)2Cl(Ln-Al -Cl) as catalyst . The effects of addition order , amount , aging condition of catalyst components and the polymerization temperature on the activity of polymerization and the structure and proper ties of polymer were investigated . The results showed that when Ln/Bd= (0.1 - 0.6)×10-4(mole), Al/Ln=20-60(mole), Cl/Ln= 1.3 -3.0 (mole) at 20 - 50°C , the conversion ratio and the average molecular weight M of polymer were adjusted . The cis -1,4 unit content of polybutadiene was 97% - 99% , gel content less than 2.0% , and Mw /Mn about 6- 8 .
