摘要
目的 探讨C型利钠肽 (CNP)与原发性高血压 (EH)患者及其左心室肥厚 (LVH)的关系。方法 采用放射免疫方法测定 47例未治疗的EH患者和 80例正常人的CNP水平 ,并用彩色多普勒诊断仪测定 47例EH患者的左心室重量(LVM )。结果 高血压左心室肥厚组CNP水平明显高于高血压非左心室肥厚组及正常对照组 ,比较有显著差异 (P分别 <0 .0 1及 <0 .0 5 ) ,高血压非左心室肥厚组CNP水平明显低于正常对照组 ,二者比较有显著差异 (P <0 .0 1)。
Objective To investigate the relationship between C type natriuetic peptide(CNP) and essential hypertensive patients with or without left ventricular hypertrophy(LVH).Method The levels of CNP were measured with radioimmunoassay in 47 hypertensive patients and 80 normal adults.Left ventricular mass was assessed with colour Doppler echocardiograpy in hypertensive patients.Results The level of CNP in hypertensive patients with LVH was higher than those without LVH patients and in normal group.The level of CNP without LVH group was lower than that in normal group.Conclusions CNP plays a role in development of hypertension and hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy.
