摘要 目的:探讨单纯高血压病与高血压伴左心肥厚患者血中C型利钠肽(CNP)的变化。方法:用EL ISA法测定56例单纯高血压病组(Ⅱ级以上)、48例高血压伴左心肥厚组患者血清CNP及B型利钠肽(BNP),并与96例健康对照组比较。结果:单纯高血压病组和高血压伴左心肥厚组与健康对照组CNP浓度有显著差异(P<0.01);而单纯高血压病组与高血压伴左心肥厚组差异亦有显著性(P<0.01);另外64例伴并发症组与40例无并发症组CNP值亦有显著差异(P<0.01);血清CNP的P25为9.35ng/L,P50为11.75ng/L,P75为18ng/L,血清各组CNP在各百分位点的分布与正常对照组在各百分位点的分布相比有显著性差异。结论:血清CNP在高血压病时增高,可作为临床监测治疗的一个良好指标。 Objective:To investigate the relationship between C-type natriUretic peptide(CNP) in the patients with hypertension and with left ventricular hypertrophy. Methods: The levels of CNP were measured with ELISA methods in 56 simplicity hypertension( Ⅱ ) , 48 hypertension with left ventricular hypertrophy and 96 healthy persons as control. Results: There were significant differences between the levels of CNP with simplicity hypertension, hypertension with left ventricular hypertrophy and control group (P 〈 0. 01), and the levels of CNP also had significant differences between the patients with syndromes and without syndromes(P〈0. 01). the 25 percentile of serum CNP was 9.35ng/L,that with the 50 percentile 11.75ng/L,and the 75 percentile 18ng/L. It was showed significantly different distribution between the levels of serum CNP in disease group and the control group (P〈0, 01), Conclusion,, The plasma levels of CNP in patients with hypertension increased and served as a good marker for monitoring treatment.
