摘要
该研究查阅了大量文献资料,遵循管理学和统计学的理论和原则,在多次反复征求医院管理专家和人才学专家意见的基础上,采用专家咨询法,建立了医院紧缺人才评价指标体系。通过对16所医院卫生人才队伍进行现况调查及分层比较研究,经SPSS计算机统计软件处理,找出医院紧缺人才的空间分布,将主观评价(医院对各类紧缺人才的主观反映)和客观指标(对紧缺人才综合评定分值)科学地结合,形成医院紧缺人才评价方法。
The study has been conducted in principal of management, statistics on the basis of reading lots of document. The index system on assessment of badly needed professionals in hospital has been set up after computer statistic software processing of the SPSS, repeated investigation on experts of management and qualified personnel and qualified personnel status in the 16 hospital institutions. This study has explored initially the appropriate method on assessing the badly needed professionals in our military hospitals. The method of assessing qualified personnel has been formed after studying the location of badly needed professionals in hospital on the basis of classified contrastive study in 16 hospital institutions, with the scientific combination of both subjective evaluation and the objective index.
