摘要 无人机舱是目前国际上新建船舶的常规要求 ,满足各国船级社 AUT-0规范的机舱监测报警系统是周期性无人值守机舱的重要组成部分。本文在介绍机舱监测报警基本原理的基础上 ,调研了国内外有代表性的几个机舱监测报警系统 。 Unmanned engine room has now been one of common demands on modern ships in the world. Watching and alarm system matching AUT 0 criterion is one of main components in periodically unmanned engine room. Many ship automation manufacturers abroad have developed their unmanned engine room alarm systems, such as Lingso Marine, Sperry, NorControl, Terasaki, Schneider Electric, Litton, etc. But in China, we still have a long distance to go in this area. Financed by National Eco nomy and Trade Committee, this paper is aimed to design a networked, standardized and modularized system with high reliability, In general,the system is based on subordinate structures with two networks, one is Ethernet and the other is RS 485. SLC 500 PLC, produced by Rockwell AB Co., is adapted in lower section to monitor significant parameters in ship engine room detected by sensors, and the number of parameters is decided according to the rules of certain alternative cetification so cieties and the demands of ship owners, which can be up to 2000 dots. The monitored data are transmitted to upper computers through Ethernet and to extended alarm panels through RS 485 simulta neously. The monitoring software is developed on RSView32 configuration software of Rockwell on Advan Tech Industrial Computer. On upper computer, the monitored and alarm parameters can be preset or online set according to clients demand. Moreover, the display can be switched between in English and in Chinese. The total system provides a ship with functions of Dead man, Engineer Call, On duty system and so on, which are prescribed by CCS AUT 0 Criterion. The system scheme is described in detail in the paper with several charts.
