摘要
工程船舶动力机械繁多,工况复杂且各类工程船舶的动力机械组成、工作方式、作业频率和故障形式各不相同,单独针对某一类型的工程船舶去研究其相应的监测系统是不划算,也是不合理的。在充分了解各类工程船舶可监测性的基础上,提出采用优化组合模块化的监测方法构建针对不同类型工程船舶的系列化监测系统。研究表明,应用此方案构建监测系统可以达到对工程船舶动力机械进行状态监测和故障诊断的目的,同时又能简化系统,节约成本。
Many kinds of power machineries are used in engineering ship.The operating conditions of the machineries are complex and their composition,working style,operating frequency and failure mode are different.Thus,it is not cost-efficient to study each type of engineering ship and set up a corresponding monitoring system separately.Based on the full knowledge of monitorability in all types of engineering ships,this paper proposes to use reasonable and modular monitoring methods to set up series monitoring system for different types of engineering ships.This research shows that by applying this method to set up monitoring system,it can simplify the system,cut cost and achieve the purposes of condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of power machinery in the engineering ship.
