摘要
采用局部涂擦声带的方法,观察了金鸣片剂对巴豆油所致家兔声带实验性炎症的影响。结果表明:2％巴豆油溶液对家兔声带组织有明显致炎作用,其效果稳定。金鸣片能明显对抗巴豆油的致炎作用,但较阳性对照药物肤轻松稍弱。本实验用比较组织重量法和光密度测定法,所得结果基本一致,提示指标是可靠的。
The effect of Jinming Pian on the inflammation of the rabbit's vocal cords caused by local applying croton oil were studied.The results showed that this kind of inflammation was obviously antagonized by Jinming Pian and completly cured by Fluocinolone. The similar results were obtained by both comparing weight and using spectrophotometer methods. It is suggested that the results are reliable.
