摘要
小儿多发性抽动症，属中医“肝风”范畴，阴虚阳亢、肝民内动、心神失宁、金鸣异常、外风诱发为其发病机理。采用养阴平肝、社风镇静之自拟方加减治疗56例，痊愈率为55.36％，总有效率为80．36％，与西药对照组疗效相近。
In TCM, infantile Tourette's disease is included in the categories of 'gan feng', this disease could be caused by hyperactivity of yang due to yin deficiency、 up-stirring of liver' irritability and exopathic wind. 56 cases of infantile Tourette's syndrome were treated with Chinese drugs which have the effects of nourishing yin and calming the liver、 expelling the wind and sedation, the results showed that the cure rate was 55. 36%, the total effective rate was 80. 36 %.
