摘要
将广义优化设计从体系上划分为 4个模块 :功能与方案优化、产品建模与规划、协同寻优及后处理 (结果分析及评价 ) ,然后针对协同寻优模块的各个关键环节与实现策略展开探讨 ,研究子任务之间的耦合关系及其特征以及子任务的表达方式 ,并提出处理这些耦合因素的求解方法及措施。为有效实现复杂产品的协同寻优 ,还对支持该模块的相关技术进行了论述 ,包括特征识别与优化模型诊断技术、数据库技术、可控与可视系统等。
In this paper, the system of generalized optimization is divided into four modules such as function and scheme optimization, product modeling and planning module, collaborative optimization, and solution analysis and decision-making. Then we concentrate on the discussion of some key techniques and strategies for the collaborative optimization, including analysis on properties of the coupled factors, and the expression of tasks. Some methods and measures for handling the couplings have been discussed as well. In order to support collaborative optimization, some related techniques such as characteristics recognition and optimal model diagnosis, control and visualization system of calculation, data-base supporting system, and corresponding optimal algorithm system are also investigated.
