摘要
本文以黑龙江省为例 ,对省域农村城镇化发展现状的估价分析及有针对性的发展战略、措施的制定进行了初步的理论与实践上尝试 ,以为省域农村城镇化发展研究提供借鉴 ,更为黑龙江省农村城镇化发展对策制定提供依据。
The paper takes Heilongjiang Province in China as a case.This paper assesses and analyses comphensively the village urbanization development region of Province,carrise out some aimed development strategies and countermeasures.Probes the theories and pratices of the development strategies and countermeasurds.The study of the village urbanization development region of Province can refler to this paper,Furthermore,carrying out the village urbanization development of Heilongjiang Province could afford theoretical basis.
