摘要
文章尝试利用层次分析法,建立一套较全面测度城镇化发展水平评价体系。首先选取了具有代表性的一级指标和二级指标,运用层次分析法确立了各项评价指标的权重,再结合我国西部12个省区的面板数据,对这些数据利用"最大—最小值"法进行无量纲化处理确定各指标对城镇化评价的隶属度函数,利用模糊综合评价的方法,对我国西部12省区的城镇化水平进行评价,得出各省的经济、生活、社会、环境以及综合城镇化发展情况。
This paper tries to make use of the analytic hierarchy process(ahp)to establish a more comprehensive measure levelevaluation system on urbanization development. In the first place, the representative indicators and secondary indicators are selected andthe analytic hierarchy process(ahp)are used to establish the weights of the indexes in the system. In the second place, this paper uses themethod of' maximum- minimum value'dimensionless processing to determine the indexes for evaluation of urbanization of membershipfunctions, according to the panel data of western 12 provinces in China. Using the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to evaluatethe level of urbanization of 12 western provinces and regions in our country, which obtains the conclusion of urbanization development onprovincial economy, life, society and environment as well as the comprehensive urbanization.
