摘要
根据城镇化质量的内涵界定及相应指标体系的设计,将以往研究分为四类,并从评价对象、指标体系、赋权方法、优点和不足等方面分别进行了总结和评价。在此基础上,结合《国家新型城镇化规划(2014-2020年)》以及新型城镇化的相关要求,提出了未来开展城镇化质量评价研究应达成对评价指标体系的共识,积极与《国家新型城镇化规划(2014-2020年)》衔接,加强市民化评价、生态环境效率评价以及新型城市建设评价等建议。
With the advance of China＇ s new urbanization, lots of researches on the evaluation of urbanization quality have been carried out by academia and local governments. According to the connotations of urbanization quality and the evaluation index systems in these researches, this essay puts these studies into four categories, and then reviews them respectively from the aspects of evaluated regions, index system, empowerment methods, advantages and disadvantages. In the end, con- sidering The new National Urbanization Plan and requirements of China＇ s new urbanization, this essay proposes to carry out ur- banization quality evaluation in the future. Firstly, it needs to reach a consensus on the evaluation system and method. Second- ly, the study should be connected with the planning objective in The New National Urbanization Plan. Thirdly, it should strengthen the evaluation about citizenization, ecological effi- ciency and the new - city construction.
