摘要
本文以世界银行贷款项目常用的合理最低评标价法为基础,分析了该方法的特点,构建了在我国现阶段工程招标投标中应用该方法的工作程序,并提出了相应的配套措施。
Based on analysis of the method of the reasonable lowest evaluated bid price often used by the loan project of World Bank, the program of applying this method in the current phase of China is established, meanwhile the supporting countermeasures are put forward.
