摘要
本文通过在工程项目施工投标过程中,投标人应从投标决策的划分、主观条件、客观因素及基本原则上认真研究和论证,从而增强报价的准确性,提高中标率和经济效益,同时强调投标报价的评估分析在投标决策过程中起着重要作用。
In the process of construction and bidding in engineering projects, bidders should do researches and demonstration from division of bidding choices, subjective and objective conditions and basic principles in order to enhance the exactness of bidding prices and increase the possibilities of winning the bidding and economical benefits. Meanwhile, the paper emphasizes the important role of the evaluation analysis of bidding plays in the process of bidding decisions.
