摘要
改革开放以来,中国区域经济经历了由非均衡发展向协调发展的转变。本文从经济增长和经济结构两个层面出发,结合协调发展的视角,对中国改革开放以来区域经济的变迁进行了分析。研究结果表明:(1)改革开放到二十世纪末,以非均衡发展为导向,东部地区经济增速普遍高于中西部地区,且区域经济增长协调度逐渐提高;三大地区第三产业占比不断上升,区域经济结构稳步升级,但区域经济结构协调度先升后降。(2)进入二十一世纪,以协调发展为导向,中西部地区经济增速逐渐超越东部地区,且区域经济增长协调度一直保持在较高水平;三大地区第三产业占比先降后升,且区域经济结构协调度也是先降后升。(3)区域经济增长协调度与区域经济结构协调度之间存在负面的互动效应,区域间产业结构差异化发展将有助于提高区域经济增长的同步性。
Since the reform and opening-up, China’s regional economy has experienced a transition from unbalanced development to coordinated development. Starting from the two levels of economic growth and economic structure, this paper analyzes the changes of regional economy since China’s reform and opening-up in the perspective of coordinated development. The results show that:(1) From the reform and opening-up to the end of the 20 th century, guided by unbalanced development, the economic growth rate in the eastern region was generally higher than that in the central and western regions, and the coordination degree of regional economic growth was gradually increasing;The proportion of the tertiary industry in the three major regions has been rising steadily, and the regional economic structure has been steadily upgraded, but the coordination degree of the regional economic structure has risen and then declined.(2) After entering the 21 st century, guided by coordinated development, the economic growth rate in the central and western regions has gradually surpassed that in the eastern region, and the regional economic growth coordination has remained at a relatively high level;the proportion of the tertiary industry in the three major regions has declined and then risen, and the coordination of regional economic structure has declined and then risen as well.(3) There is a negative interaction between the coordination degree of regional economic growth and the coordination degree of regional economic structure. The differential development of inter-regional industrial structure will help to improve the synchronization of regional economic growth.
