摘要
旅游发展程度与经济增长水平具有高度关联性,以2011—2017年数据为例,运用DEA-BCC模型和协调发展评价模型考察长江经济带旅游发展效率与经济增长水平间的协调关系。实证结果表明,长江经济带旅游综合效率均值介于0.824~0.908之间,且呈波浪式下降的变化趋势,综合效率水平较为理想,在空间上表现为长江经济带上游高于下游、下游高于中游地区的分布特征;长江经济带经济增长水平整体上呈先降后升趋势,经济增长趋于平稳,上游区域表现出强大的经济增长潜力,区域间差异明显,在空间上表现为各年第三阶段高水平区主要分布在长江经济带上游地区且由面状向点状扩展;长江经济带旅游发展效率与经济增长水平协调度在时间上呈现“U”型演变趋势,地区之间协调度差异较大,经济增长水平越高的地区两者协调性就越强,反之,则越差。
The degree of tourism development is highly correlated with the level of economic growth.Taking the data from 2011 to 2017 as an example,this paper uses DEA-BCC model and coordinated development evaluation model to investigate the coordination relationship between tourism development efficiency and economic growth in the Yangtze River Economic Belt.The empirical results show:(1)The average comprehensive efficiency of tourism development in the Yangtze River Economic Belt is between 0.824 and 0.908 and shows the trend of wave-pattern drops.The comprehensive efficiency is at an ideal level,in terms of spatial distribution,the level of the upper reaches of Yangtze River Economic Belt is higher than that of the lower reaches,and the level of the lower reaches is higher than that of the middle reaches.(2)On the whole,the economic growth level of the Yangtze River Economic Belt tends to decrease first and then increase and the economic growth tends to be stable.The upstream region shows strong economic growth potential and the regional differences are obvious.In terms of spatial distribution,the high-level regions in the third stage of each year are mainly distributed in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River Economic Belt and expand from plane to point.(3)The coordination degree between tourism development efficiency and economic growth level in the Yangtze River Economic Belt shows a U-shaped evolution trend in time.The coordination degree varies greatly among regions:the higher the economic growth rate is,the stronger the coordination will be,and otherwise,the worse it will be.
