摘要
"工业4.0"是一种基于信息化发展而引发的新的社会时代形态,不仅给人们的生产、工作和生活等方面带来影响,也驱使了职业教育朝向4.0的形态发展。基于"工业4.0"的"职业教育4.0"形态表现为:服务生涯发展的职业教育价值取向,即职业教育是一种面向个性化生涯发展的服务;关注复合素质的职业教育目标定位,即职业教育在于培养具有复合素质的技术技能人才;走向跨界协同的职业教育内容构成,即打破学科专业界限的壁垒形成整合化的内容;促进自主学习的职业教育方式优化,即以多种方式促进学习者自主学习。
"Industry 4.0" is a new social form which is based on the development of information technology. It brings great changes to people’s production, life and work. And it also led to new trend of the development of vocational education--"vocational education 4.0"came into being."Vocational education 4.0" form based on"industry 4.0" has the following features: The value orientation of vocational education, which is the service of personality, is a kind of service for the development of individualized career;the goal orientation of vocational education is to cultivate the technical talents with complex qualities;the content of the vocational education, which breaks the boundaries of discipline and specialty, forms the content of integration;to promote the optimization of vocational education mode of learning, namely in a variety of ways to promote effective learning.
